these are JUST base prices, the price can increase depending on the character design/complexity.
( price can increase anywhere from $300-$1000 )base prices account for 3 fur colors and 1 minky color.
currently Hocuscrafts does not offer separate part commissions

OVERVIEW
I work on comms 5 days a week. My office hours are 12pm-8pm MST
All my fur is ordered from Howl Fabric, Big Z Fabric, and Fursuit Supplies.
different fur companies can be requested but I will be purchasing a swatch to test it out if i have never used the company before.
I have a cats! ( i have worked with cat allergy individuals before, please let me know ahead of time if you are allergic )
‼️ i do NOT offering hard deadlines ‼️ a soft estimate will be provided but is not a guarantee. I do not take rush fees anymore
PAYMENTS
within 2-3 days of approval into the hocuscrafts commission queue a payment is required
payments will be through square invoices or paypal invoices. I also accept cashapp and venmo but prefer to go through an invoice.
I accept payment plans but a minimum of $200 will be required and i will not ship your suit out to you until you finish paying ( more information on my FAQ )
30% of your commission is non-refundable. If you cancel your commission you will be refunded what I haven’t started on/bought yet.
ghosting me for 2 months+ without reason will result in me canceling your commission without a refund
if you cancel and choose to not receive your suit only 50% of your commission will be refunded
SHIPPING
US shipping is included in your quote, it is typically $65 if you are out of the country shipping can range from $90-300+
Hocuscrafts is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items ( insurance is placed on your suit upon shipping )
Hocuscrafts is not responsible for import taxes
all suits are shipped with insurance and air tags
TURN AROUND TIME
i do NOT offer deadlines. A soft estimate will be provided and any delays will be relayed to the commissioner asap!
your suits completion will heavily depend on your spot in line. Typically it takes me 1-1.5 months to complete a suit. If you are in spot 1 your suit will be completed within 1-2.5 months. If you are in spot 3 your suit will be completed within 3-4.5 months.
I do not accept rush fees!!
Process
commissioners will be provided with lots of work in progress pictures throughout the commission
changes on the suit are allowed but may have additional fees
I will not make major stylistic changes, i am open to using premade bases in a style you are looking for but will not change my own base
WARRANTY
within a year of owning your suit, if any wear and tear occurs I offer free minor repairs. Shipping is required by the client to get it to my studio.
after the year there any repairs will have a fee, the fee depends on the type of thing that needs to be repaired.
SOME repairs will NOT be covered under warranty such as intentionally damaging the suit, being too aggressive.
repairs would be worked on in between commissions.
Hocuscrafts allows suits to be used for adult activities however due to the risk of potential contamination they will not be eligible for repairs
AGE
if you are under 18 you will need parental consent. either written or emailed.
An ID may be requested if it’s difficult to verify your age.
if you are caught lying about your age you will be blacklisted and will not be permitted to purchase from Hocuscrafts until can prove you are 18
Hocuscrafts reserves the right to turn down any commission
Frequently asked questions
Q: how do I commission a fursuit from you?
A: My commissions are application based. When my commission open you will be required to receive a quote through me. After you receive a quote you will be able to fill out my commission application form to be considered for a slot. Before filling out these forms please refer to my TOS and prices.during each opening I will also be doing an auction slot which will be held in my telegram channel
Q: How do I know when your fursuit commissions will open?
A: I will announce my commission openings a few months ahead either on instagram, telegram, or tiktok.I typically open my suit commission when I am working on last suit from my previous batch.
Q: do you accept payment plans? if so how long?
A: Yes! A minimum of $200 is required every 2 weeks, if you miss 3 payments you commission will be considered for cancellation. 30% of your commission is nonrefundable, a refund minus materials and whatever i haven’t started on will be refunded. your suit will not be shipped until it is fully paid off. work on your suit will not begin until 50% of the suit is paid for.
if no communication is provided from a client for 2 months the commission will be cancelled and turned into a premade without a refund.
Q: what is the average turnaround time?
A: my turnaround time heavily depends on your spot in line, materials arrive, etc. Typically my turnaround time is 1.5-2 months from when your suit is started on. If you are in the last position/materials are delayed it can be as long as 6+ months. You will be notified of any delays asap as i value communication! :)
